  1. Are Your Interpreters Certified?
    We strive to contract with Nationally Certified Interpreters who are certified/qualified, reputable and have comprehensive interpreting skills.

  2. How Long Does It Take to Fill a Request for an Interpreter?
    All interpreting requests are best served with a minimum notice of 48 business hours prior to the interpreter’s scheduled start time. However, we do provide emergency services, but at a higher rate.

  3. What Are Your Business Hours?
    Normal Business Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM PST/PDT ~ Monday through Friday
    Emergency Hours: 4:30 PM – 7:30 AM PST/PDT ~ Daily / 24 Hours, Weekends & Holidays.

  4. What Are Your Service Rates?
